At Padis Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team or visit our online portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of receipt.

  Secure Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original designer packaging and include all certificates, appraisals, and documentation provided at the time of purchase.

  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop your package at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
